Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 4.5
Legislation: Marijuana is illegal in Canada, but pretty lenient with enforcement.
Law enforcement: Most cops are pretty chill if you get caught with possession, unless your driving, then they can get pretty upset. just try to be as polite as possible and listen to the demands they say.
They have tossed marijuana pipes and accessories into the trash.
Where to buy marijuana: Sometimes tougher to find in Cambridge, best thing to do would be to go to the skate park and ask someone or go to the downtown Preston and Hespeler areas and look for the thugs.
You can buy it in downtown Cambridge (galt). Don’t give them the money until you get the weed, this happens a lot.
Marijuana prices: $10 = 1g, $20 = 2g, $25-35 (depending on strain) = 3.5g, $50-70 (strain depending) = 7.0 g, $70-110(strain depending) = 14.3 g, $140-230 (strain depending) = 28.6 g
Marijuana brands: Lots of really good hydros such as Champagne, White Widdows, White Rhino, Humboldt County, BC Gold. The supply is endless.
More information: Cambridge is a good place to get good herb.
Clyde Road.. Ask the right people and on this road, you can find ANYTHING.
Smoking tolerance level: [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 3
Legislation: Marijuana is illegal in Canada. It is treated as a schedule II drug and the maximum sentence you can receive for possession is 5 years in prison, but you’d have to be holding a hell of alot of green to receive that sentence.
Law enforcement: Really it depends on the cop that busts you to determine what will happen, but most cops will just take your weed and any paraphernalia you have on you. It’s very rare that you will go to court for possession on PEI. Don’t get caught. You might get off but not after going to court first. Its pretty easy to not get caught though. Common sense.
Where to buy marijuana: Latest reports tell us: “It’s fairly difficult to find weed on PEI unless you know people. So maybe start by hitting up the bars and pubs if you’re over 19, I’m sure there’ll somebody there who can hook you up. If that doesn’t work, or you’re under 19 just ask anyone downtown who looks like the smoke pot, you pretty much have 0 chance of anyone trying to mug you or harm you in any way. Stick to the main streets which are University Ave, and Queen because you won’t find many people walking around on the side streets. Also try the Waterfront around where the bars are, there are usually alot of people walking around drunk on the weekend. When trying to find marijuana in Charlottetown the only trouble you’ll run into are the cops.”
Local connections are needed. Charlottetown is very much the center of everything on PEI so you will find the nest bud within the city, as opposed to out in the sticks where it is all homegrown. Ask someone on the street and your more likely to get laughed at but I have seen it work. Check out the bars, there aren’t that many, if you can find someone who will help you out they probably aren’t going to rip you off.
Marijuana prices: Basically you’re looking at 10 a g, but when you start buying large quantities it really depends on who you are getting it from, and how much you’re buying. This is what you will most likely pay if you are a stranger on PEI:
10 a G.
30 for a 1/8.
60 for a 1/4.
100 for a 1/2
And anywhere from 200 to 240 for an ounce.
Other say: $10/gram. Never any cheaper, rarely more expensive. Possibly $15 a gram outside of the city.
Marijuana brands: Whatever happens to be around at the time. Its a very small place. On occasions I have made “new” connections only to find out its my dealer who happened to be out the day before.
More information: Make a friend here before you come. Otherwise you may be without pot.
There are alot of stoners on PEI, and in Charlottetown. If you see a party, there is weed there.
Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 3
Legislation: Cannabis is schedule II in Canada (for more than 3 kg). Canada’s cannabis control laws are spottily enforced, with the west coast (British Columbia) being well known for its high quality cannabis and low levels of enforcement. In 2002, Canada’s federal government made several findings in favor of cannabis legalization and medical use approval. Although the status of medical cannabis is still in flux (sep 2002), the Canadian government has several times voiced its intention to support full medical use. Non-viable Cannabis seeds and Cannabis stalks (that do not include leaves, flowers, seeds or branches) are exempted.
Law enforcement: Cops are di**s for the most part, they spend all day dealing with crackheads and prostitutes in the east end, but they still seem to find enough time to hassle stoners around the community. Make sure you keep out of sight when smoking bongs, joints are relatively easy to smoke around the downtown park and cafes.
Where to buy marijuana: Chatham is a small town, yo’ll probably have a hard time finding the herb without a connection in this city. Hang around the mall, or Tecumseh Park. Other locations of interest would be high schools.
Marijuana prices: 1-3g $10 per gram
3.5 g $25
7.5g 50
14g 80-90
1 oz 140-200
Outdoor 140-180
Indoor/Hydro 140-200
Marijuana brands: Predominantly hydroponic Thai strains from Missisauga and London, beautiful outdoor Montreal and other local varieties during the long growing and harvest season.
More information: The community in general is pretty pro pot, with high levels of liberal and ndp supporters as well as many outdoor growsers and rising levels of indoor grows this could be a pothead haven soon enough.
Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: nearly 5!
Legislation: it is against the law to possess marijuana in Canada. If you have baggies, scales or other selling paraphenalia, you may be charged with trafficking.

In July 2000, an Ontario Court of Appeal ruled against the Canadian law because it did not address medical necessity and on July 31, 2001 a new regulation was enacted by the cabinet which addressed medical use. In January 2003, a lower Ontario court ruled simple possession laws banning cannabis unconstitutional, although it is unclear what the long term implications of this might be.
Law Enforcement: Marijuana illegality is hardly enforced. If a police officer stops you the usual result is confiscation. Because of the light police presence in this town, police virutaly never respond to complaints unless there is a crime involved, or excessive noise. Creston is a small town so it’s easy enough to avoid the cops by just heading of on a side road or in an orchard. In the summer the town is flooded with “migrent workers” for the fruit harvest, mostly really cool people from all over Canada, during this time police enforcement of marijuana laws is non-existant. It is not uncommen for people to smoke joints walking down main street.
Creston BC Marijuana prices: Check the weed before you buy, it probly is some really good cron, BC bud, but someone might try to give you some crap. An 1/8 goes for $20-$30, for $30 you should be getting incredible weed.
More information: Lots of people come into the town during late July/August for the Cherry harvest. If your looking for a party in beutifull little town it’s a great time to visit, and short term jobs are plentiful.
Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 4.5
Legislation: As long as you aren’t carrying baggies or a scale, then anything under 30 grams is find and the worst that will happen is you’ll get it taken away.
Law enforcement: Like everywhere in the area, smoking weed is almost on the same level as smoking cigarettes. Any places of activity (movie theaters, ice rinks, malls, bars) you will find someone smoking a joint outside without hassle. I have never been caught by cops, but I have been caught by numerous security guards and other authority figures and have never been into trouble. I have hot-boxed public bathrooms & cars, rolled & smoked joints in the smoke-rooms of bars, and was even caught smoking at my table at a bar by the bar owner but was only given a warning.
Where to buy marijuana: Near the skytrain stations (Production Way & Lougheed especially), there are always kids with some weed. If you’re a foreigner they’re more than likely happy to get you high. The Metrotown area also has many young people hanging around outside who will generally know where to get some.
Marijuana prices: $10 = 1 gram
$20-$30 = 1/8
$50-$60 = 1/4
$100-$120 = 1/2
Marijuana brands: Indicas (body high) are much more common than
sativas (head high)…these are the most common kinds of weed I have come in
contact with:
– Kush [indica] is everywhere to be found (OG Kush, Purple Kush, Pineapple
Kush, Lemon Kush)
– Diesel
– Green Crack (kush/diesel)
– Blueberry (very sticky sativa)
– White Rhino (rare but sometimes found)
More information: “B.C. bud” is the best weed you will ever smoke.
Always potent and always very stinky, anything that isn’t this good isn’t worth buying because so much good shit is available.

Law enforcement: The cops around Caledonia vary. You could end up with one of the older guys, and if you’re nice to them, and they haven’t seen you causing trouble around, they’ll probably just shoo you off after stealing your pot (and taking it home to smoke themselves and eat doughnuts). The younger more ambitious cops will bust you for having even the tinest bit. But a lot of the time they’ll just ignore you as long as you’re not smoking and walking down Argyle (main), or the other big streets. Around the schools is a hotspot. They already figured it out.
Where to buy marijuana in Hamilton Ontario: Stay away from schools. Elementary, high school, fucking daycare. I don’t care. Stay away. We have undercover cops wandering in all the usual hotspots. If you don’t know anybody, ask around. Check McD’s or any house party (there’s lots of them). Most of the time you’ll be able to pick up the scent after a while. Sketchy people = drug dealers.
Caledonia marijuana prices:
The average prices in Hamilton are as followed.
1 Gram- $5.00
Half -Quarter (3.5 grams) $25.00
Quarter – (7grams) $50.00
Half ounce (14grams) $100.00
Ounce (28grams) $200.00
Marijuana Brands: If you know some people, high-grade shit is pretty easy to get a hold of. The sketchier the dealer (especially if you don’t know them), the worse your weed will be. Never mention that you’re just passing through (if you are). The dealers here want repeat business, so they sell their kife to tourists.
More information: The prices actually flux if bud is out of season… If you’re asking when bud is in season, you need to ask yourself if plants like to grow in the winter. You’ll get bud cheaper by about $5.00 for high grade stuff during the summer. Good places to smoke would be inside some sort of residential building. If you’re adamant about smoking outside, you can stick to the forests around town, the suburban residential streets away from main streets are usually fine. You won’t find a lot of adults that mind kids smoking pot as long as you’re not bothering anyone. Again, stay away from parks or schools.
Stories: I’ve scored some pretty wicked cron around Caledonia. It’s a small town and a tight-knit community, so if you know anyone who smokes, you know a dealer who won’t knife you, and you’ll always find somewhere safe to toke… and a friend to toke with. If you happen to be passing through Caledonia on the last weekend of September, the Caledonia Fair is happening. You can safely smoke pot in our streets, and at the actual fair. Just stay away from trouble and you’ll be good.
Caledonia is forever known for having it’s one-of-a-kind 9-arch bridge in the center of town. I recommend sparking a doob under it. There’s a walkway so your feet won’t get wet, and it has it’s fair share of tagging and more “Mike waz heer”‘s than you can shake a stick at, so it’s a pretty chillin place to be.

Law enforcement: Cops are chill if your under 28g’s, some cops will say under 14g’s. BUT!!!!! it has to be in one bag you see….. if you nickel and dime it out ~Wham!!!! = you get nailed with trafficking. One bag u can get away with personal use. stay away from behind the wheel and do NOT I repeat do NOT be rude with the po po in b-dot. they put u in a choker and put you to sleep wake up in jail!
Where to buy marijuana: anywhere. stop by any random house party,
downtown, eagle place, Reserve. Ask around i bet 1out of 8 people in Brantford know where u can pick up …. really everyone is high off something and most of em are friendly
Marijuana prices: 10 $- gets you a gram
25-30$- gets you half q
50-60$- gets you quad
80-100$- gets you half o
180-220$- gets you an ounze
400-470$- gets you a QP
Marijuana brands: Some crazy outdoor budd, all kinda of cloned strains going around Brantford, depends on who, where, when and how much money your willing to spend. you have to know your shit or else u are gonna get jiped
Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 3
Legislation:Currently illegal, firsttime offenders usually discharged with a charitable donation.
Law enforcement:Police will sometimes dump small amounts. Young police more likely to arrest you.
Where to buy marijuana:Memorial square on Dunlop, downtown. There is a canon and a statue in the park. There are usually a few sketchy dealers lying on the grass or sitting on the benches who will deal grams and rarely rip you off. Larger amounts are possible if you run into the right people
Marijuana prices:$10g, usually $100 1/2Oz

Legislation: Canadian law in 2003 was changed so that marijuana was de-criminalized which allows any one person to carry up to 14 grams of weed or hash with out reveiving a crimal record as this was his personal consumtion amount.
If cought you will receive a fine equal to a drinking in public ticket witch is different Provence to Provence but runs around 185 Canadian.
Law enforcement: Banff is one of Canada’s main tourist spots and is also a National Park which means it is policed by federal police the RCMP.
Don’t let this scare you off as RCMP have alot more to worry about then you smoking a joint and they have a reputation of being alot more “understanding” then local police.
Most RCMP if they catch you with weed under 14 grams will dump it out and tell you to go on your way. Just be polite and you should have no problems.
As far as smoking goes it is generally accepted (and usually participated in) by the majority of the population. Police care more about harder drug enforcement, or sellers, and generally won’t bother smokers.
Where to buy marijuana: Anywhere. Ask someone, anyone, in a shop, your waiter, dude on the street, or just follow your nose. Most everyone is very approachable and laid back, helpful and nice.
Banff is a small town run by young Snowboard and ski bums which about 99% of use some sort of drug. Banff is home to some of Canada’s best weed as it’s the first stop from BC to the rest of Canada (BC being the number 1 exporter of Canadian weed).
All weed in Banff is from Nelson nothing is home grown and it’s all hydro.
If there in the Winter and you’re on the mountain Sunshine (Banff’s best mountain) snowboarding or skiing, off the run called “Jack Rabbit” right after the first right turn there’s a spot through some trees off to the left where there is a shack known to locals as the “puff shack” ask any local and they’ll know or even the Mountains staff as they would rather have you smoke there then on the runs.
Once there you’ll run into the smoking family and will have no problem finding weed, hash or connections for anything else later on.
If not boarding or skiing, Banff is a small town walk around Banff Ave go into shops (example Rude Boys, Foot Locker, Unlimited….) where young people work and ask the staff where you can find some, as long as you don’t just walk through the door walk up and it being your first question, if you buy something or get them to help you and then work it into the conversation chances are someone working there sells it or at least can direct to a good friend or theirs.
Everyone in Banff lives there to party and ride the mountain no one is ever born and raised there or lives there forever, people are friendly and always willing to help a fellow stoner. In summer just do as the people who would come in the winter and not go riding (going to shops and asking locals).
a local reporter added: “Ask in the local shops. Best place I found was at Rose and Crown. Great place to hang out and great menu. once you get there, you’ll understand why this is a great starting point.”
Marijuana prices: Here’s the prices, they rarely fluctuate at all…. the only time they might be lower is if it’s a poor batch of weed or if supply is low and you don’t have a good connection (ie tourist rip off).
Anyway… set prices: (the lower indicates ‘friend’ price, the higher regular price)
1 gram = 10
1/8 = 25-30
1/4 = 50-60
1/2 = 90-100
1oz = 170-200
1/4lb = 600-650
Prices are generally a bit higher than anywhere west of Banff, in BC, but about 2/3 of Banff pot is grown in Nelson, a good chunk out of Calgary, none grown locally.
Brands: All the comman popular ones for the area…
blueberry, grapefruit, ak47, white widow, northern lights, skunk, bc bud, white rhino, others come through now and then. quality is usually consistant and excellent.
Banff is home to a wide selection of weed. BC Bluebarry comes through all the time and that is the best you can get. As well Purple Haze, White Widow and AK-47 are very common to come across as well, people know their weed there just ask what your buying and they’ll tell you. You can come across all the good brands. Hash comes around alot but it’s mostly Bubble hash not that it’s not good it’s just the only kind that goes around.
More information: If you’ve been walking around all day and are still stuck with no weed which I think would be a freak of nature. Go out at night to the bar called the Rose and Crown (corner or Banff Ave and Caribou St) it’s a low key bar with pool and a great juke box lots of locals go here as the clubs are a rip off and very touresty. Go there for some drinks to start the night talk to locals and you’ll find some for sure if u havn’t already seen people smoking joints in the smoking area right before the enterance.
Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 4.5
Legislation: our most recent report is: “Marijuana is NOT legal in canada. Whoever wrote here saying that it was legalized in 2003, is WRONG. That was a bill that failed to make it into law. Thats not to say that Marijuana is very-illegal or anything, but on paper it is still illegal. If you are caught growing/trafficking, you will be arrested and charged. if you are caught with like 10g or less, in a single bag, the cop will probably just take it away. very unlikely that you will be charged, or even spoken to by a cop about it.”
Law enforcement: All the cops in Aylmer are different, especially their views on marijauana. Most of the older police officers are strictly against it. It is crucial that you be as co-operative and polite with them as possible. If you are a complete ass hole to them, they’ll throw your ass in the back of a police cruiser for even possetion of 3g. Although if you are polite, they might let it slide.
another report is: “Aylmer Police make little enforcement efforts, if any.
If a cop sees you, they will either do nothing or toss your bag depending on the cop. Some cops can be harsh, but it all depends on who you encounter. Don’t blow smoke in their face and you’ll be fine. However there have been a few big busts recently. Just smoke in your house or car or anywhere outside thats not right infront of a cop and you will be fine. The SWAT team has showed up at at least one high school in the city and arrested people.”
Where to buy marijuana: Head down to the galeries d’aylmer mall, that would be your best shit if you dont have a dealer.
another reporter added: “Anywhere go around the corner of the Galeries and someone has weed all you need to do is ask.”
and also “Buying weed in Ay is hard if you don’t have a personal supplier. Buying from Les Galeries D’Aylmer is tricky, but anywhere where teenagers hangout, there is bound to be a dealer. The frank robinson arena (indoor skate park during the summer) is also a good place.”
Marijuana prices: $5= .5g
$10= 1g
$15= 2g
$20= 3g
$30= 5g
$45= 7g ( quarter)
$100-$160= 28g (oz) (price varies depending on quality)
10$ / gram
35-40$ / 1/4 O
75-80$ / 1/2 O
160-180 / O
another report: “Marijuana prices vary from person to person. Usually, a gram can go for $10, $5 if you know some good connections. $15 for 2g, a 14 (half an ounce) can go for $74 – $90, and a ounce usually $140. Although i have never bought anything more than an ounce. And with weed this good, you don’t need more than an ounce”
Marijuana brands: mostly all very nice chron, hydro, blueberry, fucking nice outdoor too.
Stronger strains show up randomly
More information: Some of the best weed in all Canada is found right here in AY, great prices too.
In Aylmer, there is a large fued between the french teenagers, and the english teenagers. Some people can identify what language they speak just by looking at them, or where they are hanging out. The aylmer mall, deschenes, and the arena are mainly french territory, but old aylmer (towards the marina, down principale street) is primarily english territory. If you speak the wrong language to some people, they might scam you. Your best bet is to befriend a dealer to get good deals… and free weed 😉
