Most of the cops are ok. Some are ass holes and you have to be careful driving. Its usually tollerated well, people smoke outside thier homes occasionally, i wouldent say its top priority but you will get introuble for dealing or taking shits on people.

Pretty much ANYONE who lives here would know at least someone to get it from. You might be able to find some by asking someone who looks like they would smoke, maybe by coffeshops or parks.
