Marijuana Laws & Legislation for St. Croix
In the U.S. Virgin Islands, marijuana is illegal for recreational use, but medical cannabis is legal as of 2025. Medical cannabis was legalized in 2019, and patients with a prescription can access cannabis-based treatments for conditions like chronic pain and epilepsy. However, recreational marijuana remains prohibited, and possession of marijuana for non-medical purposes can lead to fines or imprisonment. Cannabis cultivation for personal use is also illegal, and the Virgin Islands has yet to move toward decriminalizing marijuana or legalizing it for recreational use. The territory’s cannabis policies are aligned with federal regulations, and public consumption of marijuana is restricted.
Please note that marijuana laws are subject to change. For the most current information, consult your countries official resources or legal counsel.

Right when you pass times square there is a huge parking lot on the left. It is filled with people selling. It is a bit sketch but its a guaranteed purchase.
