Law enforcement: some cops walking around probably not a good idea to light up down town but if cant be done on property there are some back roads outside of downtown

Where to buy marijuana: Stay away from the movie theater area unless you are looking to get busted. It is within a block of courthouses, police HQ, etc…. plus it is surveillance central.
