Law enforcement: if a cop suspects you of smoking, he will pursue you in most cases. dont mess around with it.

Where to buy marijuana: while the best bud is hard to find on the street, just hang around and talk to sketchy looking kids, a good place is the plaza near arbys and foodland. but, unlike most cities, most of the really good buds are held and sold by very upper-class people. it is hard to find really dank herb without being knowing somebody. i.e. sketchy kids near arbys wont have the heads.
