Go sit in the big square of Place De La Republique (the one with a fountain, adjacent to the big Monoprix store) at any time after noon and you will see many dealers of all races. It’s really quite obvious. They will usually take you on a walk to sell it as there is a police presence in this area. Hash only, some is very good.
