Legislation: In Hawaii, Marijuana use is legal for religious purposes and medicincal use.

Possession of 25 pounds or more is punishable by up to 25 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.

For first time offenders, the court can defer proceedings, place the accused on probation and upon completion of the probationary period the court can dismiss the charges.

Law enforcement: smoking on the beach is most safe, although there are cops that ride around on 4×4 atv’s on the beach. there are also a lot of under cover cops posted in the parking lots of beach parks watching for drug use/car robbers. Just be safe and look out for the cops.

Where to buy marijuana: Just look around for people who look like they smoke weed. lots of locals wear reggae colors. Just be carefull cuz a lot of people will take your money and never come back. A teenager is always a good bet.
