Warner Robins, GA, Georgia

Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 3.5

Legislation: Possession of less than one ounce of marijuana is a misdemeanor and can be punished by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. However, upon a first drug conviction the offender may be placed on probation, and upon successful completion the proceedings against him may be discharged. Possession of one ounce or more is a felony and is punishable by 1 – 10 years in prison.

Law enforcement: They will use anything to establish probable cause to search you. Do not resist searches, but state clearly that you DO NOT CONSENT. Ask if you are free to go. Your charges may be dropped.

Where to buy marijuana: Places where young twenty somethings congregate. Don’t come out and ask. Heck, make a friend…. if he doesn’t smoke he’ll know someone who does. Steak and shake seems to be a place where awkward and angry teenagers come to discuss brain-dead politics.

Streets to avoid: Davis, it is heavily patrolled because of crime.

Russell Parkway: the warner robins police is almost on Russel…. right where russell and Carl Vinson intersect. For That matter stay of Carl Vinson. At night a cop sits off in the dark(sometimes) on watson boulevard between the streets of houston road and pleasant hill. Far south on moody road is a church…. it’s a little way from the actual road… a cop sits there a lot. Right across from wallmart on watson a few cop cars will park by the gas station (lights off, obviously) Stay off russell! Keep in mind that cops usually eat at steak and shake around midnight… when the stoners also come out to eat.

Wallmart has some interesting characters late-night. Find out where some young musicians play locally (keep it ethical, creeps) and if they give the vibe then drop a few related jokes. Work magic from there.

This assumes you know absolutely no-one.

Marijuana prices: A dime is 1.5 grams.

7 grams is $40

Half and oz. is 65

An ounce runs a cool 100-120.

Prices are for Mid weed.

Marijuana brands: If it’s dry and snaps like a twigg, get something better for the same price.

More information: If your vehicle is stopped, and you refuse a search, and he threatens to call in dogs… ask if you are free to go. The police are not required to tell you that you are free to go… they count on your ignorance to wait for the dogs to get there. Do not admit to ANY crime, do not apologize(considered admission of guilt and therefore probable cause to conduct a search) for anything the officer has accused you of. Tell them you have nothing to say unless you speak with an attorney. If you have to exit your vehicle, lock your doors and pocket your keys…..because it’s a “habit” of yours. Failure to do either can be construed as consent. If the officer demands it, then you must give it to him, however anything found as a result will likely be suppressed in court. Do not give consent! Ask if you are free to go! If he says “yes”, you are legally able leave without regard to any other request of the officer, except if he asks you to stop agai n.
