Law enforcement: Plano Police will more than likely charge you with everything in their site including Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication. They prey on the majority of wealthy teens and young adults. I have heard of and experienced very few lenient cops living in Plano my entire life.

Where to buy marijuana: Downtown, look for a stereotypical dealer, ask around. Ask a waiter, or any young employee. The majority of dealers, the youth, move small weights in Plano.
