This place is fantastic! It really brings a high class feel to the Cannabis Community. The facility is beautiful on the inside and they do a great job checking who is coming in and out. The Cannabis tenders (as I call them), are very knowledgeable about their products and Cannabis itself. The check out process is simple, fast and easy and you truly get the quality you pay for here (and they are not over priced). They are for medical and recreational purposes. All in all, it's a great business!

They are the best at this place! The staff is wicked nice, the best customer service I've had in Las Vegas for any business. And they have the flowers out on display so that you can see it and smell it. It's just the best. I tried a different place yesterday that I won't name but it just made me love the source even more. They're just doing a good job.

This is my second visit and rate this as a very enjoyable experience both times. The staff is very informative and more than willing to help and patiently answer all questions, with a very cheerful attitude. The flower product is excellent and there is a good variety of products. Also ask about their specials a senior discount, a Veteran discount, a first time discount, also bonus points for your purchases which can add up to free product .

Best dispensary in Vegas. You might find a place with some cheaper options, but you wont find the same service or quality product in other places. Shy is incredible and super helpful. Every other staff member I've had interactions with were nice and knowledgeable. As a medicinal patient there is no where else ill go. You will not be disappointed in anything you purchase from The Source.

With out any doubt hands down y'all got this. Staff is top shelf every where I looked it was very clean. All bud tenders were well dressed business casual as well as well groomed. ... About the lines and people being served before others entered first; 1.... Speak the f*%k up right then (politely)"excuse me but I believe I was here first".... don't wait till your home behind your computer or in your car on your phone 2... I'd love to see a number system of some sort implemented "when checked in you get a receipt with your now being served number as well as points etc. It would increase one in one time with customer and budtender (as no one would interrupt your conversation")and actually expedite service. Keep up the good work

I wasted 40 minutes waiting in line outside, got inside just to find another hour wait to get to the cash register [not including if I want to see/smell the product before purchasing]. I don't even know if the cannabis is decent as I couldn't wait that long. Whoever is in operations management must be enjoying the product in the back and not keeping customers moving through the store. No one waits for almost 2 hours for a pack of beer at the liquor store, why is it that way here? Not a pleasant start to their reputation.

OK, so it's the first week and apparently no one thought this was going to be a big deal and were subsequently unprepared. Be prepared for a long wait in the heat and to pay full black market prices plus 20% plus tax. Quality of the product I bought (Strawberry Lemonade) was pretty good, but not worth the price. At these prices, everyone working there should be getting a good salary, but I think they're working for tips, which is a shame. This is the second shop I've tried. Still searching for my regular. At some point one of these guys is going to figure out that catering to the locals and building a business is more profitable in the long term, than just charging as much as possible and who cares if they never come back. This is not the liquor business, these shops are not bars or liquor stores, and your customers are neither addicted nor desperate.

Recreational Purchaser: Shorter lines. Great staff. Keeps line well-informed that medicinal and vet patients skip the line. Ask questions. Had great conversations while in line. Employees working the floor are knowledgeable. Overall very polite eager distribution site near enough to Summerlin Good variety. Higher cost.

The bud here sucks and is overpriced just go to Silver Sage or Nevada Wellness center. You can find good weed that doesnt just get you tired & doesn't taste like grass for a decent price.. , if you go here its because you're not aware on how you're spending your money in which case this comment isn't for you

Extremely nice place. Very helpful staff. Was not rushed. Bought 1/2 for $58 after taxes. Used to paying $60 for 4g, got 14g. The Shake & Bake is a good deal, I have barely touched it, and I am so relaxed. FINALLY.

Extremely organized. Staff was available to answer any & all questions. Wide open view from all seats inside. Clean and legal. Hooray for Las Vegas

As always, and from day 1 to today's refilling of my weekly meds went as smooth as can be, and had a great time during my selections of products, but some how, and I had an even better time talking 2 all off your awesome employees/team members, who contribute and also ensures that all patients are satisfied 100%of the time.. So on behalf of MYSELF N all of ur loyal n frequent patients that visit u,, I just WANNA THANK U FOR EVERYTHING U GUYS DO 4ME N 4US all,.. 4 BEING ONE OF THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST PROVIDERS(in more ways then a few) IN the Central LAS VEGAS area!!... P. S. your Aisan employee is not only so sweet:), but every time I see her there, n Scipio many visits n revisits later, including today,,, she is so beautiful 2me, inside n out:), she indirectly becomes the icing on the cake of all my visits as I walk in smiling:)and walk out smiling as well:)...so TY 4that2..

I had been a customer of The Source since it opened, signing up for the customer loyalty program. On my two recent visits I was told they were having problems with their computer system and our loyalty points (purchase credits) were unavailable. I spoke to the manager and he said they 'lost' all the info and basically we were out of luck. I had accumulated quite a bit of credits only to be told I'm out of luck on getting them. I have reported them to the state health board and the BBB for misleading their customers and withholding customer credits. In addition customer service here is almost non existent and prices or on the high side. There are many other dispenseries in town to chose from. Don't chose The Source.
