Laredo, TX, Texas

Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 4.6

Legislation: Possession of two ounces or less of marijuana is punishable by up to 180 days in jail and a fine up to $2,000. Possession of greater than two ounces is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine up to $4,000.

Law Enforcement: Law enforcement is strict. Cops usually enforce the law but of course don’t test them and give them reasons to get you. Be sure to keep it hidden and just chill. Some cops here are corrupt, but make sure if you’re trying to buy someone off, that it’s a dirty one, because clean cops will prosecute.

Where to buy Marijuana in Laredo, Texas: This town isn’t really big (about 200,000), but it is growing at a fast rate, which means more locations are rising and more choices of weed are becoming available. Personally the best locations would be: under the lafayette bridge, the cigarroa skate park, and by the McPherson Skate park. Another place would be the mall, well, not the actual mall, but people in the mall definetly now places where u can get some. But with all that said, Laredo is a border city, next to a mexican city that does not have penalties against smoking marijuana in public. Recently a bill was passed in Nuevo Laredo that legalized public smoking of marijuana.
