Legislation: Cannabis is a Class C drug in Britain. It has the lowest penalties: a maximum of two years and/or unlimited fine for possession; five years and/or unlimited fine for trafficking. Law enforcement: Only carrying small amounts as you are very likely to get off with a light warning and losing your cannabis, lets just say your not the only smokers if you get what I mean…. Carrying more than 2-3 grams could get you into big trouble.

If caught driving under the influence of marijuana, it is a completely different story. I strongly recommend not smoking or skinning up in cars and especially driving high!!! You will get yourself into serious trouble!

Be polite to the police, theres always a fed who is out for an easy nick!

Where to buy marijuana: Marijuana is pretty much everywhere, the best places to check in the estates, Stratford, Hackney, East Ham, Barking, Beckton, Canning Town, Custom House etc. Look out for groups of teenagers strolling the streets as they will most likely know. Be careful when out looking for weed, if your a stranger to them parts you can easily get in trouble. Make sure your street wise and keep a low profile.

London is full of scams, I recommend that if you find someone selling weed, check the product first or if your going through someone else you don’t know, perhaps then make a deal where you can get the contact in exchange for getting him a “benz” (£10). Then your sorted for the whole time your in London.

Always ask for skunk or you may get hash or weed. (Hash is terrible in London, you don’t want to know what your smoking when smoking it)

Names for amounts:

Benz – £10 (Ask some dealers if they do “2 for Niff’s” which is 2 £10 bags for £15, some dealers do this, you may be lucky)

Scores – £20 bag

Henry – Which is an 8th (3.5 Grams) (Named after King Henry the 8th)

From there on upwards it is generally delt in halfs and ounces.

Marijuana prices: Standard Bag is a Benz, which is usually 1.4 grams.

Scores is usually between 2.8 and 3 grams, dependent on how generous the dealer is.

You can get an 8th for £25-30

Half an Ounce is usually £65 but if your a stranger to the parts you are likely to pay a little more.

An Ounce is from £130 upwards

Marijuana brands: Sadly to say, Dealers know nothing about the weed they have nor weed all together usually. If you ask what is it, you could such replies as:

Sticky

Crumbly

Icky

or any name they might have heard before, no matter what they tell you it is its almost 100% its commercial skunk.
