Legislation: The possession of marijuana is a criminal offense. For possession of an amount less than two pounds the sentence can range from 6 mos. – 1.5 years and a fine of $750 – $150,000. Law enforcement: Have been caught twice….once in Laveen and once in South Phoenix while driving and in a company vehicle. Laveen officer searched vehicle after smelling it and I told him only about half a joint in my cigarette pack he took it…..Enjoy my friend as he let me go.
