Legislation: Possession of 50 grams or less of marijuana or being under the influence of marijuana is a disorderly persons offense, punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Possession of greater than 50 grams is punishable by up to 18 month in jail and a fine of up to $25,000. Any possession within 1,000 feet of a school adds an additional 100 hours or more of community service to the sentence.
Law enforcement: The Stone Harbor police are out in force. And I really mean that. You’ll see one about once every 1-5 minutes on the avenues. And they will arrest you. They’re on this little Island filled with rich people on vacation, so they don’t have much to enforce except marijuana, and seatbelts. If you’re looking to throw a party or go on a “scenic drive” it’s an easy drive to SH’s neighbor, Avalon, which has a significantly less police presence because of some rich girl that sued the police department or something. By the way, Stone Harbor is not the most racially diverse place. I’ll just leave it at that.
Where to buy marijuana: The place to meet people is 96th street. The best place to meet people is by the benches by the movie theatre, usually the cool people hang out there. but you should be less open about asking for weed their because theirs a good cop presence in this area. if your just gonna straight up ask for buds you should find someone chill looking walking around the streets near 96th street. Who you really wanna talk to is a local, or someone cool with the locals. All i can tell you about finding locals is look for the cool surfer/stoner looking guys with a good amount of people around them. Being a cool surfer stoner isn’t a guarantee of a local, the vast majority of people are tourists, but the locals pull it off better in my opinion. One thing, when there’s bud in this town it flies off the shelves, but there’s often droughts
Marijuana prices: beasters
20 dollar grams
50 dollar eighths
Marijuana brands: mids, beasters, and on rare occasions headies.

Legislation: Proposition 215 in California since July 19, 2002, also known as the Compassionate Use Act of 1995, legalizes medical Marijuana use: “The possession and cultivation of marijuana is no more criminal — so long as (the law’s) conditions are satisfied — than the possession and acquisition of any prescription drug with a physician’s prescription.” CA Chief Justice Ronald George.
Law enforcement: Cops aren’t really worried about pot out here they’re mostly looking out the hardcore drugs. If you play it safe and don’t smoke in the very busy parts of downtown (by the police station) you’ll be just fine.
Where to buy marijuana: You can find pretty good weed out here even if you don’t have a connection. Just about any corner in downtown will have some man selling weed (you’ll know because they will be smoking it). Just be cool and ask them if you know any where you can buy some trees or weed never say pot (they will think you’re the cops) and they will direct you to some weed. Stay away from the southside they will not hook you up at all.
You can also try to go to the bus stops by the malls – there’s often people out the smoking and they can tell you were to score some weed.
Stockton marijuana prices: Dime sacks ( .7gr) $4 Dirt $10 Purple $10 Bomb(great stuff)$15 Chronic (KILLER) Dubs Sacks (1.6gr)$7 Dirt $20 Purple/Bomb $ 25 Chronic Eights $20-80 Quads $35-145 OZ $70-300
Brands: Dirt weed is cheap and pretty easy to find and if you smoke enough will give a cool buzz. Purple and Bomb are the two main types and is sold everwhere Bomb is hydro. You can also find trainwreck here. Chronic one of the best weed you can find out here it’s expensive but well worth it.The best weed in Stockton is Grandaddy Purple (it’s Purple covered with THC) but its not easy to come by if you dont have connections and when you do find it it’s very expensive!!
More information: Stockton a cool city for smoker if you keep cool and kick back & relax after you get high. A great place to go once you get high is the movies downtown and the Waterfront.
General Calfornia Information:
Legislation: In California since 1996’s Prop 215 anyone “recommended” (not prescribed—doctors nationwide can’t prescribe cannabis but they can under freedom of speech laws recommend it informally for your condition/illness) marijuana has been able to use it in their home legally now in quantities “Under the [statewide] guidelines, qualified patients and/or their primary caregivers may possess no more than eight ounces of dried marijuana and/or six mature (or 12 immature) marijuana plants. However, S.B. 420 allows patients to possess larger amounts of marijuana when such quantities are recommended by a physician. The legislation also allows counties and municipalities to approve and/or maintain local ordinances permitting patients to possess larger quantities of medicinal pot than allowed under the new state guidelines. [For detailed information on county or municipal medical marijuana guidelines [whether your area allows greater than 8 ounces to be possessed, etc.], please visit: http://www.safeaccessnow.net/countyguidelines.htm Oakland, for example, allows more than most counties]”
Thus if you are recommended cannabis you can visit the cannabis dispensaries (pharmacies supplying only medical marijuana to patients displaying proof of recommendation and residence in California) but some counties have banned the dispensaries in their area. Nonetheless there are many dispensaries in LA (over 100) and some in Northern California especially towards the coast. Or you can grow the applicable amount you want legally. If a police officer discovers you are in possession of cannabis showing them an ID card from your county will make them leave you alone faster (optional, costs over $100 a year). Under state law your marijuana use will be 100% legal in your home. Federal laws against medical marijuana don’t change the way California (or any other) state police officers and courts treat medical marijuana—only state laws do. California state law protects all doctor-recommended medical marijuana users as long as they don’t go over the quantity limits and don’t sell their cannabis to anyone. Thus medical marijuana is quite legal in California and many have gotten legal protection for their medical use for a wide variety of conditions not yet allowed in the other 11 medical marijuana states: e.g., Migraine, Arthritis, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), PMS, Severe Anxiety and many other conditions where marijuana is useful and effective.
source: CANORML.org and NORML.com [California and National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws] and MPP.org [Marijuana Policy Project]
Law enforcement: Medical marijuana users with doctor recommendations are fully legally protected in California for amounts up to at least 8 ounces and/or 6 mature (or 12 immature) plants in their home (certain counties listed here http://www.safeaccessnow.net/countyguidelines.htm allow more and certain conditions allow larger quantities sometimes). State police officers must not arrest you if you can show an identification card ($100 or so per year) or show your doctor-written proof of recommendation paper. As long as you keep within the legal quantity. 99% of marijuana arrests in the USA are done by state police officers according to MPP.org so as long as your medical marijuana use is legal in California you will not to have any problems as long as you follow state rules.
Where to buy marijuana: Medical users can buy at a dispensary (over 150 in the state, mostly in LA and the SF Bay area on the coast) with full legal protection to the quantities they are allowed. Also if an authorized medical user buys off the street they cannot be arrested for doing so as long as they can display a medical marijuana identification card ($100 or so a year) or show their written doctor’s proof of recommendation. Or they could grow their own to the amounts allowed.
More information: California is a pioneering medical marijuana state; the first “effective” American medical marijuana state since 1996 and the one that allows use for the most conditions (marijuana has shown anecdotal and scientifically proven results for many conditions, more than the 4 or 5 conditions (cancer/nasuea/chemotherapy side effects, HIV/AIDS, chronic pain, glaucoma, or MS or anorexia that the other 11 states have legalized use when recommended (though Maryland has the least protection according to MPP.org)) Plus California has decriminalized other marijuana use to a $100 fine for under an ounce possession and fines for paraphrenalia; no jail time and some cities have set marijuana use in general as the lowest law enforcement priority thus ignoring small time possession much more often.
Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 3
Legislation: Possession of any amount of marijuana is punishable by up to one year in jail for the first offense and 2 – 10 years in prison for subsequent offenses. Conditional discharge is available to first time offenders.
Law Enforcement: If you’re smoking in your apartment, or preferably your house, you are very unlikely to be bothered. The police tend to be more active at night time and in party neighborhoods, more in effort to keep the peace and/or catch intoxicated drivers. Much more of a drinking town, and the young drunk college students attract a lot more attention from pigs than do quiet, paranoid pot smokers. In the daytime, they’re only looking for traffic violations. Best bet is to go down a country road and smoke if you insist on doing it in your car, and just drive the speed limit.
Where to buy marijuana: If you go on campus at OSU and look for hippie-looking individuals, usually in the lawns outside the Student Union (when weather permits) or by the art building near Eskimo Joe’s. The best bar to look for it is called “Stonewall Tavern” which is on this road called Knoblock. Another marijuana-friendly place is called “Hideaway Pizza”, the employees usually have dreads and all of them wear tie-dyed clothes, and after some rapport-building, they could point you in the right direction, at least. Everyone is really friendly in Stillwater as long as you are respectful enough to not be obvious about it. Another place is outside the local movie theatre on Perkins Rd. You have to buy your movie ticket outside, and you’ll often see stereotypical-looking stoners outside. The good stuff almost always has to come through an established connect.
Marijuana prices: Schwag: 3.5 g for $10, 7.0 g for $20, 14 g for $30-35, 28 g for $60-65 and up.
Mids/Beasters/Pretendies: 1.0 g for $10, 3.5 g for $30-35, 7.0 g for $55-65, 14 g for $100-115, 28 g for $190-225
KB/Exotics (varying in quality and price) 1.0 g for $20, 3.5 g for $60-75, 7.0 g for $120-145,14 g for $220-80, 28 g for $400-500 and up.
Brands: these vary because most of the bud in Stillwater comes from neighboring Tulsa and Oklahoma City (moreso OKC – cheaper price for same thing usually), or northern Texas and Colorado sometimes. I’ve seen grapefruit, juicy fruit, sour nyc diesel, Green Crack mmmmhmmm!
More Information: We only have one crappy head shop, called Mike’s (in downtown Stillwater), which sucks because that store is a joke of a head shop with cheap, breakable pieces for outrageous prices (someone please come end this monopoly!)
Smoking tolerance level [1= very illegal 5=virtually legal]: 3.5
Legislation: Possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. The penalties for possession of greater than 30 grams increase to a possible one year in prison and a fine up to $5,000.
Law enforcement: There’s a local police station in Stewartstown, but they usually park in one place and look for speedsters. If you’re not on 24 or 851, you don’t have to worry about lurking cops. Don’t be obvious and you won’t be hassled. Most people who get busted in the area are pulled over for a headlight being out while smoking.
Where to buy marijuana: No street dealers, but head into the Rutters and pizza shops and you’ll probably find someone working there who looks like they smoke. Ask discretely, and they might be able to hook you up. Asking people on the street is fairly safe if you’re discrete and aware.
Marijuana prices: Prices fluctuate, but are about standard for the area.
Marijuana brands: Not too many name brands.

Law enforcement: You most likely will get charged for having even a stem in your car. 95% of Loudoun County sheriffs will charge you for the herb, in rare instances you MIGHT get lucky, highly unlikely , don’t count on it and just be safe when blazing in Sterling. Cops are dicks here

More information: Marijuana is all over Loudoun County, in Sterling there is a large population of high school potheads ask around Dominion H.S around the time school gets out and you should find some near by. Anyone buying a Dutch from the 7-11 or High up in Sugarland should be able to direct you the right way. Just ask where the fires at. Some people might get paranoid but most folk should help out. Your best bet always is to go through someone you or your friend knows so you wont get ripped off. Having a scale can come in handy here because most idiots have a hard time eyeballing the green out. Also some idiots will try to sell you mids and claim its kb, just slap anyone you encounter that tries to do this…they deserve it. The community college (NOVA) is also a good spot to go looking, a lot of kids there that do smoke are pretty chill laid back folk that wont give you any problems when it comes down to the herb. You can also prowl Dulles Mall and might come out with a positive response.

Legislation: Possession of one ounce or less of marijuana is a petty offense. The maximum penalty for a violation is $100. Possession of greater than one ounce is a misdemeanor, punishable by 6-18 months in jail and a fine of $500 – $5,000, plus a $600 surcharge. Possession of greater than 8 ounces of marijuana is a felony, punishable by 1 – 3 years in prison and a fine of $1,000 – $100,000 and a surcharge of $1,125.
“Colorado has had a medical marijuana law since June, 2001: ” Fifty-four percent of voters approved Amendment 20 on November 7, 2000, which amends the state’s constitution to recognize the medical use of marijuana. The law took effect on June 1, 2001. It removes state-level criminal penalties on the use, possession and cultivation of marijuana by patients who possess written documentation from their physician affirming that he or she suffers from a debilitating condition and advising that they “might benefit from the medical use of marijuana.” (Patients must possess this documentation prior to an arrest.) Patients diagnosed with the following illnesses are afforded legal protection under this act: cachexia; cancer; chronic pain; chronic nervous system disorders; epilepsy and other disorders characterized by seizures; glaucoma; HIV or AIDS; multiple sclerosis and other disorders characterized by muscle spasticity; and nausea. Other conditions are subject
to approval by the Colorado Board of Health. Patients (or their primary caregivers) may legally possess no more than two ounces of usable marijuana, and may cultivate no more than six marijuana plants. The law establishes a confidential state-run patient registry that issues identification cards to qualifying patients. Patients who do not join the registry or possess greater amounts of marijuana than allowed by law may argue the “affirmative defense of medical necessity” if they are arrested on marijuana charges. To date, approximately 1200 cards have been issues to registered patients.
Law enforcement: The cops in steamboat are overall pretty chill about marijuana, most of them understand that it is a completely harmless drug that has never hurt anyone nor has the possibility to hurt anyone(besides ruining there lives with ridiculous charges for non violent crimes like having a plant in there closet) . The cops in this town are way more concerned about underage drinking, and public intoxication, due to the fact they make way more money off of those citations then the 100 dollars they can make off of a marijuana possession ticket. Be careful driving in steamboat though the cops are always on the look for a reason to pull you due to the massive amounts of drunk drivers that are constantly endangering our lives. A popular saying in steamboat is that “no matter how long you have lived here you are not considered a local until you have got at least one DUI” so be careful. If you get a dick young cop then they might wright you up with a 100 dollar ticket which is a petty offense that does not even go on your permanent record, as long as you pay the fine. Overall simple possession is going to cause you way less trouble and money then a speeding ticket.
Where to buy marijuana: Marijuana in Steamboat Springs is plenty full, what u should no is that there is probably more marijuana in the boat then there is in most large us cities, so if the first person you ask cant or more likely than cant, isn’t willing to help you out just ask the next person you think that is likely to toke up. Who to ask? In my opinion i would ask pretty much anyone that looks and acts like a local around the STEAMBOAT SKI AREA, also as in any town finding and asking the stereotypical stoner is always a good way to go(funny how stereotype are usually right) in my opinion younger people are more likely to help you out but any Colorado Mountain College kids will more than likely try to make you pay 60 and or rip you off, especially if they think you are from out of town. Where to go? I would say that the terrain park on the mountain is probably going to be your best bet for a quick find because pretty much anyone who skis and is any good also tokes up on a regular basis, if you ask around and don’t find anyone with some dank on them in the park more than likely if you just offer to smoke them up pretty much anyone that can will be willing to help you out.(as long as your not a sketchball or look like a DEA agent) I would also check around the local subway/coldstone where there is likely to be some dealers hanging out on the tables outside or inside the store.
Marijuana prices: $40-50 1/8oz of DANK
$80-90 1/4 oz of DANK
$140-180 1/2 oz of Dank
$250-330 1 oz of Dank
If you are looking for quantity and are from out of town you probably won’t find anyone willing to sell you a qp or more without knowing a local or unless you are obviously not a bitch working with the DEA and can convince them you are straight.
Don’t no about beasters due to the fact that i have lived here for 2years and i have never seen nor heard of any beasters, only headies in steamboat!!
Marijuana brands: Dealers really don’t no what they are talking about when they give buds a name, most of the time it is just some bull shit name that they came up with to try to sell there plant or make it seem better than it is. Anything you find should be the dankity dank and most people carry more than one type of buds, a good dealer in Steamboat will at least have 3 types of different headies, If they try to tell you the names to help you with your decision would just tell them you want to look at it to decide because they more than likely just made up the names.
More information: Steamboat is a cool town, great skiing, great hiking, great back country(BUFF PASS only 12miles from Steamboat gets the most snow of any point in Colorado over 600inches of dry fluffy snow each year, Almost but not quite equal to the dry fluffy quality of snow in Utah and Jackson Whole although the resort and some locals who do not know what they talking about try to talk it up saying there “champaign powder” is the best in the world, and most important to this site a amazing standard of quality of the marijuana here due to people dropping off from California on the way to the east and our close proximity to DENVER where marijuana is completely legal!!!! woohoo!!

Waynesboro/Augusta Co. has the same Virginia legislation about the illegality. Usually a Misdemeanor for first offense as long as you have less than a half to a full O. Just dont get caught.
Law Enforcement: The cops are actually pretty cool. Just be respectfull and they will respect you back.
There is a huge problem in this area with drugs. Although most of the drug problem is Homemade Meth, and the County’s desire to crackdown on Meth Labs. Pot is one of the hush hush things. Some cops are dicks about it, some aren’t. Its mainly one of the I don’t see it, you don’t have it situations. But definately do not get caught in Waynesboro/Staunton. The city police tend to be worse than County. Privacy is the best bet.
Where to buy marijuana in Stauton Virginia: Well just go to the Gypsy Hill Park. Talk to some skaters or some nigs they definitely know where it’s at. As always watch out for being ripped.
In waynesboro, the best places are off of Rt. 340. Usually Between The interstate and Hopeman Pkwy. (if you can meet someone who has a hookup) Either that or near Ridgeview Park. (Easy to run into stoners) In Staunton, the best place to find it is in the Downtown area. Beverly St. is crawling with dealers. The park is good as well, at night I’ve seen people dealing out there. Otherwise, walk around downtown, there are A LOT of Hippieish people in the area. Especially college-aged kids, and many hang out downtown on Beverly or Near the Wharf. As far as the County goes, the best places to find green are: Verona, Stuarts Draft, and Crimora. Those are the best towns. All of these places you definately have to get connected with someone. Some of the best pot I’ve had is in these areas, but its Very difficult to get in contact with people.
Marijuana Prices in Staunton Virginia:
$20-$30 1/8 mids $40-$50 1/4 $100-$120 Ounce. Dankness is kinda rare around here.
Bud is very variable in this area.
a good guess is:
If you’re looking for any kind of Mid/Commercial grade (the easiest to get) you can expect to pay: 1/8-$20-$30 1/4-$40-$60 1/2-$90-$130
I’ve seen some good homegrown go for about $35-40 a 1/4.
Higher Mids – 1/8 – $35-$40 1/4-$60-80, 1/2-$120-170
Dank – 1/8 – $50-70, 1/4 – $100-140, 1/2-$200-$300
Marijuana brands:
I’ve seen a lot of different stuff come through here. Most stuff doesn’t have a label or name to it, But some of the more dank stuff does. In the past, I’ve seen AK-47, Purp, Pretty Gurl, Blueberry, White Widow, and Kush. The best stuff I’ve encountered at a budget price is some Hydro bud called Fire. Its hard to come by. It runs for about $55-$65 a 1/4. Most Dank is dry in the area. But you can definately get High Mids and Decent Hydro for a decent price.

Legislation: Possession of less than one ounce of marijuana is a misdemeanor and can be punished by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. However, upon a first drug conviction the offender may be placed on probation, and upon successful completion the proceedings against him may be discharged. Possession of one ounce or more is a felony and is punishable by 1 – 10 years in prison.
Any conviction (first offense) causes minimum 6 months driver’s license suspension.^
Any conviction (second offense) causes minimum 1 year driver’s license suspension.
Any conviction (third offense) causes minimum 2 years driver’s license suspension.
Any conviction may also cause suspension of professional license.
Law enforcement: Georgia Avenue and Lanier Drive are terrible, cops will arrest you, they will try to search your car, and there are lots of k9’s in bulloch. If carrying herb, try to stay on foot or a bike, Also stay off of I-16 and go the speed limit in Laurens County. If in a vehicle with herb, drive the speed limit and obey traffic laws tightly!
Where to buy marijuana: It helps to know people, but your best bet on finding some bud, is to head to a bar and start drinking. Most people will smoke you out, but don’t like to sell. After the bars or on a busy night (football game) head to Sherwood Forest, or University Place street, there will be parties, just find one and follow your nose, you can usaully find bud, and people are more willing to sell at parties. University Place is the best for parties. You can try apartment complexes but its harder, after around 3AM the parties slack off and it gets harder so get an early start. Another good bar is french quarter which has a bigger happy hour scene if your looking for bud early.
Also Campus. Most people that look like stoners will help you out, unless they appear to be in a hurry.
Marijuana prices: Dank (Good Bud) 50 an 1/8
Mids (Almost as good) 40 a 1/4 or less
Some retards pay 30 a gram for “the best” but stay away from these people as they have to much money, things going for them, to go to jail and will probably narc on you… also stay away from most frats at southern, TKE’s aren’t a “cool frat” but they probably have bud…
Other locals said 50-70 1/8th for top end quality (which varies from west coast type quality to bottom of the bag crumbs of beasters.)
Marijuana brands: Mids, Dank, various other heady brands but im sure you’ll take what you can get unless your a weed nazi in which case bring your own.
More information: Stay away from cops and cocaine in statesboro as they often come in pairs.
Cloud 9 and Cosmic Charleys (the best) are the main head shops in statesboro. Cloud 9 is grouped in the plaza with bars and is open late, Cosmic Charlies is better but closes at 6 and is on South Main near the Days Inn. You can buy Whippets 24/7 at Parkers Shell Station on Lanier/Chandler Rd.
There’s plenty of places to smoke just find an empty area where you can watch people driving up. Also theres trails that connect alot of the apartment complexes and a Nature Trail on Sweetheart Circle.

Law Enforcement:Being primarily a college town with little in the way of real crime, law enforcement (especially University police) are often on the lookout for people smoking in public. Avoid smoking outdoors, especially on campus. The intramural fields near East Halls are especially dangerous and are almost always under surveillance – watch for bike cops, as they’re excellent at sneaking up on you . Dorm rooms, frat houses and apartments are always safest.
Where to buy marijuana in State College, PA: Since almost everyone in the town is a college student, asking hip looking people on the streets can yield results. There is a large number of smoke shops downtown (Tall Shiva, Jamaican Junction, Dragon Chaser’s Emporium, Artifax) where most customers (and employees) will be able to hook you up. The easiest ways to find buds are frats (not always) and house parties, where there will inevitably be one or more people who can help you out.
Marijuana Prices in State College, PA:

80-100/Half
140-180/Ounce
Headies:
40-60/Eighth
70-90/Quarter
125-150/Half
Brands: Middies are almost always readily available for those who look. Headies appear sporadically throughout the year, usually heavily indica, and good outdoor weed is easy to come across during fall semester. Occasionally you can luck out and stumble upon high-quality homegrown – in the past year we’ve seen Grapefruit, Northern Lights, Blueberry Haze, Sour Diesel and Pineapple. It’s always a good idea to stock up when you find good buds, as droughts will occur a few times per year where the town is completely dry.
More Information: It’s almost impossible to get caught in State College if you use your head. Freshmen are usually victimized the most, because they worry about smoking out of their dorm rooms and take risks by smoking outdoors. My advice to any incoming students is to make friends with your RAs as soon as you arrive, or, if you’re unlucky and wind up with a douchebag, make friends on other floors with cool RAs.
