Law enforcement: Cops in Texarkana are generally more concerned with Harder drugs (There is a TON of Meth/Crack/Cocaine/Ecstasy in Texarkana), if you are a dealer or caught with a TON of weed (probably around an ounce+) then you might get a ticket. But 2/3rds of the force are crooked so if you get caught with an ounce or less or so more than likely they will take your weed for themselves and not write you a ticket, and trust me they ARE taking it for themselves.
Where to buy marijuana: There are TONS of places to buy Marijuana in Texarkana, the only problem is that most of the time it’s all Mexican Schwag.
Also more than likely anyone you can find that will get you bud is going to be 20 or less unless you hit the few bars (there are only 2, a country one and a RnB one.) Dont worry the kids usually know the same people the older people do.
One good place to almost always try is the mall, specifically in front of the arcade/the food court area. Any “mall-rats” will either smoke pot or know someone that smokes pot. Goths/Stoners/Metalheads/Punks almost always smoke pot and will almost always even have some on them (Good for buying a joint, maybe a blunt). There are also a good bit of “Wiggers” that know where to score bud. If you are at the mall all you have to do is chat up some people long enough so they know you are cool and ask, hell you can even just walk by them and smell the marijuana reek and ask where to score some.
Other places in town are: Darkslide (Local skateboard park/shop/plays local bands on weekends.) Also if you can be cool and walk up chill so they know you aren’t a cop there is a playground called Kidtopia right behind and to the left (or right depending on how you look at it) of Darkslide, its the only playground around and you cant miss it, this place is called kidtopia and during shows on the weekend there is almost ALWAYS ppl smoking joints under some of the equipment, throw some money at them (2-3 dollars) and they will let you smoke a joint or two with em.
The only other places are the kind of places where you would have to know someone (rural areas/neighborhoods)
If you are up to risking it you can just randomly drive into almost any apartment complex if you see someone standing around ask them where you can get some bud, some times it works sometimes it doesn’t.
Marijuana prices: 1-3 dollars for a Joint, 5 bucks for a Blunt. 10 bucks for 5 grams, 20 bucks for 10 grams. OZ for 50-60. If you DO know someone, who has good hookups though you can get pot way cheaper, 30-40 for an OZ.
Marijuana brands: Schwag unless you know someone who has recently made an out of town trip and bought good bud and brought it back or someone who is growing a strain. Any homegrown is either going to be total shitty schwag or REALLY high end shit. There IS Hydroponic Bud in Texarkana but you have to almost always personally know someone who is growing it or have a friend who knows them.

Legislation: The possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $5,000. For first offenders, the court may consider a conditional discharge. For possession of more than 30 grams, the penalties range from 6 months – 3 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
Law enforcement: Cops are extremely lackluster in Terre Haute. You’ll only get busted if it is found on you, but as far as smoking goes, i’ve never heard reports of anyone getting arrested for it.
Where to buy marijuana: The avenues are a great spot to find bud. Also, look for anyone who looks like they smoke pot, and chances are you’ll find a dealer in no time.

Legislation: Pot is approved for medical use, which makes the legal status vague. Still, it is safe to keep your weed safely hidden.
Law Enforcement: the police will usally either give you a ticket since it is decriminalized in ca, or if it is a cool cop they will just take the weed and let you go.
Cops don’t really care. They try to make it seem like they care but really they don’t. If u have under a half ounce and are honest you will probably walk away with at the most a ticket.
Where to Buy Marijuana in Temecula: go to the sports park (across from temecula valley high school) at 2:30 and you will probably have 3 or 4 people people come up to u tryin to sell u some. THE cops GO THERE EVERY FRIDAY for a roll through and bust any one even chillin there.

General Calfornia Information:
Legislation: In California since 1996’s Prop 215 anyone “recommended” (not prescribed—doctors nationwide can’t prescribe cannabis but they can under freedom of speech laws recommend it informally for your condition/illness) marijuana has been able to use it in their home legally now in quantities “Under the [statewide] guidelines, qualified patients and/or their primary caregivers may possess no more than eight ounces of dried marijuana and/or six mature (or 12 immature) marijuana plants. However, S.B. 420 allows patients to possess larger amounts of marijuana when such quantities are recommended by a physician. The legislation also allows counties and municipalities to approve and/or maintain local ordinances permitting patients to possess larger quantities of medicinal pot than allowed under the new state guidelines. [For detailed information on county or municipal medical marijuana guidelines [whether your area allows greater than 8 ounces to be possessed, etc.], please visit: http://www.safeaccessnow.net/countyguidelines.htm Oakland, for example, allows more than most counties]”
Thus if you are recommended cannabis you can visit the cannabis dispensaries (pharmacies supplying only medical marijuana to patients displaying proof of recommendation and residence in California) but some counties have banned the dispensaries in their area. Nonetheless there are many dispensaries in LA (over 100) and some in Northern California especially towards the coast. Or you can grow the applicable amount you want legally. If a police officer discovers you are in possession of cannabis showing them an ID card from your county will make them leave you alone faster (optional, costs over $100 a year). Under state law your marijuana use will be 100% legal in your home. Federal laws against medical marijuana don’t change the way California (or any other) state police officers and courts treat medical marijuana—only state laws do. California state law protects all doctor-recommended medical marijuana users as long as they don’t go over the quantity limits and don’t sell their cannabis to anyone. Thus medical marijuana is quite legal in California and many have gotten legal protection for their medical use for a wide variety of conditions not yet allowed in the other 11 medical marijuana states: e.g., Migraine, Arthritis, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), PMS, Severe Anxiety and many other conditions where marijuana is useful and effective.
Law enforcement: Medical marijuana users with doctor recommendations are fully legally protected in California for amounts up to at least 8 ounces and/or 6 mature (or 12 immature) plants in their home (certain counties listed here http://www.safeaccessnow.net/countyguidelines.htm allow more and certain conditions allow larger quantities sometimes). State police officers must not arrest you if you can show an identification card ($100 or so per year) or show your doctor-written proof of recommendation paper. As long as you keep within the legal quantity. 99% of marijuana arrests in the USA are done by state police officers according to MPP.org so as long as your medical marijuana use is legal in California you will not to have any problems as long as you follow state rules.
Where to buy marijuana: Medical users can buy at a dispensary (over 150 in the state, mostly in LA and the SF Bay area on the coast) with full legal protection to the quantities they are allowed. Also if an authorized medical user buys off the street they cannot be arrested for doing so as long as they can display a medical marijuana identification card ($100 or so a year) or show their written doctor’s proof of recommendation. Or they could grow their own to the amounts allowed.
More information: California is a pioneering medical marijuana state; the first “effective” American medical marijuana state since 1996 and the one that allows use for the most conditions (marijuana has shown anecdotal and scientifically proven results for many conditions, more than the 4 or 5 conditions (cancer/nasuea/chemotherapy side effects, HIV/AIDS, chronic pain, glaucoma, or MS or anorexia that the other 11 states have legalized use when recommended (though Maryland has the least protection according to MPP.org)) Plus California has decriminalized other marijuana use to a $100 fine for under an ounce possession and fines for paraphrenalia; no jail time and some cities have set marijuana use in general as the lowest law enforcement priority thus ignoring small time possession much more often.

Legislation: Under 20 Grams is designated by the Florida Legislature as a 1st degree misdemeanor carrying up to 365 days in the county Jail and up to a $1,000.00 fine. If your cool though and tell them your out of town etc. etc BS you may just get a ticket and will just have to show up to court.
Law enforcement: All over the place….Major roads Sheldon, Bruce B Downs, Busch, Nebraska, any where that looks ghetto stay away….Stay around Bruce B Downs but not at night….They are mostly looking for other drugs, if you keep it to personal amounts you may get lucky.
Enforcement during city events such as Gasperila and Guavaween is reasonably lax, if caught you will most likely get a yellow slip, this dose not apply if you appear to be a distributor. On a normal day police tend to be more concerned with other more serious matters, however this dose vary greatly with location.
Where to buy marijuana: Anyone who looks like a hippie, if you go to the hood you’re prob. going to get robbed….Try around campuses, or local clubs.
Tampa is a city of diversity, this is especially true when it comes to pot. Although Tampa’s drug of choice is caffeine, pot can be found most places. Stay out of the ghetto, and although eybor is easy it can be risky. A good place to scout around is near the University of South Florida, especially small corner store type markets in the immediate area. Also near USF take a stroll down skipper road and look for the first hippy’s you see.
Marijuana prices: Prices will vary through the entire spectrum, ranging from cheap to outrageous if your asking strangers its pot luck don’t hesitate to say no thanks if price is unreasonable, lots of fish in the bay.

Legislation: A majority of Washington citizens voted in favor of medical marijuana in November 1998. “Fifty-nine percent of voters approved Measure 692 on November 3, 1998. The law took effect on that day. It removes state-level criminal penalties on the use, possession and cultivation of marijuana by patients who possess “valid documentation” from their physician affirming that he or she suffers from a debilitating condition and that the “potential benefits of the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the health risks.” Patients diagnosed with the following illnesses are afforded legal protection under this act: cachexia; cancer; HIV or AIDS; epilepsy; glaucoma; intractable pain (defined as pain unrelieved by standard treatment or medications); and multiple sclerosis. Other conditions are subject to approval by the Washington Board of Health. Patients (or their primary caregivers) may legally possess or cultivate no more than a 60-day supply of marijuan
a. The law does not establish a state-run patient registry.
AMENDMENTS: Yes.
Senate Bill 6032, which takes effect on July 22, 2007, mandates the Department of Health to “adopt rules defining the quantity of marijuana that could reasonably be presumed to be a sixty-day supply for qualifying patients.” The Department is instructed to report its findings to the legislature by July 1, 2008.
Patients who possess larger quantities of cannabis than those approved by the Department will continue to receive legal protection under the law if they present evidence indicating that they require such amounts to adequately treat their qualifying medical condition.
Senate Bill 6032 also affirms changes previously recommended by the state’s Medical Quality Assurance Commission to expand the state’s list of qualifying conditions to include Crohn’s disease, hepatitis c, and any “diseases, including anorexia, which results in nausea, vomiting, wasting, appetite loss, cramping, seizures, muscle spasms, and/or spasticity, when these symptoms are unrelieved by standard treatments or medications.”
The new law also limits the ability of police to seize medicinal cannabis that is “determined … [to be] possessed lawfully [by an authorized patients] under the … law.” Source: http://www.norml.com/index.cfm?Group_ID=4571&wtm_view=medical
Law Enforcement: It depends where you are and what you’re doing in the city. If you are in the North End then you should be somewhat discreet. The cops won’t usually do anything unless someone complains about you. If you’re in the south end and don’t look sketchy then you’re fine because cops only really care about meth and gangs.
Where to Buy Marijuana in Tacoma: Usually someone at Tacoma Comunity College is holding. If you hang around smoke shops you can meet someone who will hook you up. Another good place is the Tacoma Mall look around the parking lot and food court for people who blaze.
Tacoma Marijuana Prices: $10 a gram is pretty much the typical price you pay. Ounces go for $80 for schwagg all the way up to $350 for some incredible weed.
Brands: Low grade is usually columbian brick weed. Mids are usually haze, creeper, sneek. The good shit is Firecroch, Trainwreck, Cartoon Network is rare but amazing, Northern Lights are pretty common, you can sometimes get AK-47, BC bud is uncommon but you can still get if if you want to look, lately there has been an influx of really good hash.
More information: If you are there in the summer months I would recomend buying Firecroch because it is incredible then. In the winter months Northern Lights are really good.

Legislation: Marijuana is illegal in New York state, and so is any activity related to marijuana (possession, cultivation, and of course dealing).
For small amounts (less than 25 grams) first time offenders, there is no Incarceration, and a fee of $100.
Punishment for possessing a small but commercial quantity is 1-3 years (not less than 1, not more than 3).
Updates from criminal justice officials in NYC:
“1- By law, you’re supposed to see a judge within 24 hours of arrest
2- 1st time small amount offenders are almost always offered to have their cases adjourned 1 year and dismissed so long as they are not rearrested. IN all likelihood rearrests in other jurisdictions will not have the case reoppened.
3- It is not a crime to posses small amounts, I do not have the exact weight off hand. It is only a crime if you pass a threshold weight, you have your weed in public view or it is actually burning.
4- They will arrest and prosecute you for residue: e.g., an empty pipe or bag.”
Law enforcement: it depends on which neighborhood you’re in. If you’re hanging out on westcott street or east genessee street then you should probably be safe as far as public smoking goes.
Where to buy marijuana: Marijuana can be purchased in literally any neighborhood in Syracuse. If you don’t have any connections or are new to town then you could just hang around the east side and ask random black dudes
Marijuana prices: for most kinds of weed it’s $10 a gram, $30 an eigth, $50-$60 a quarter, etc. But if you’re buying haze or skunk then it’s usually twice these prices
Marijuana brands: shwag, mids, outdoor, dro, haze, skunk

Legislation: New Mexico has a medical marijuana that takes effect July 1, 2007: “Governor Bill Richardson signed Senate Bill 523, “Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act,” into law on April 2, 2007. The new law takes effect on July 1, 2007. The law mandates the state Department of Health by October 1, 2007, to promulgate rules governing the use and distribution of medical cannabis to state-authorized patients. These rules shall address the creation of state-licensed “cannabis production facilities,” the development of a confidential patient registry and a state-authorized marijuana distribution system, and “define the amount of cannabis that is necessary to constitute an adequate supply” for qualified patients.” “debilitating medical condition” means:
(1) cancer;
(2) glaucoma;
(3) multiple sclerosis;
(4) damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord, with objective neurological indication of intractable spasticity;
(5) epilepsy;
(6) positive status for human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune deficiency syndrome;
(7) admitted into hospice care in accordance with rules promulgated by the department; or
(8) any other medical condition, medical treatment or disease as approved by the department;”
Law enforcement: Basically the police in Sunland Park don’t really go after smokers, but also be careful, it’s a small town so cops may be bored, if stopped they will usually call for back up for minor traffic offenses and will always try to search your car. If they find some weed you will go to jail, but at worst you’ll spend the night and will need to pay a fine (personal use amount).
Where to buy marijuana: Sunland Park has many advantages when it comes to Marijuana, the most important being its location, because it is actually a suburb of El Paso Texas, and also being next to Cd. Juarez Chih. In Sunland Park just ask any teenager hanging out at the park. Also if there is no weed in Sunland Park just go to El Paso any mall don’t be afraid to ask, but use caution.
