Legislation: New Jersey CDS laws apply. Possession of 50 grams or less of marijuana or being under the influence of marijuana is a disorderly persons offense, punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Possession of greater than 50 grams is punishable by up to 18 month in jail and a fine of up to $25,000. Any possession within 1,000 feet of a school adds an additional 100 hours or more of community service to the sentence.
Law enforcement: Most of the cops are dickhs, and you can easily get prohbation and fines, occasinally they will confiscate your weed (most likely to smoke themselves) rarely they will just look the other way.
Just try to stay smart, smoke in, or outside, of someones house. I’ve smoked in the middle of streets, but if you do that make sure your not at, or near one of those houses where a bunch of teenagers hang out and make a bunch of noise, and get the cops called all the time. cops will randomly check up on those houses time to time, and sometimes they will even use a search light to look in back yards. (i live 4 doors down from one of those houses, but i’m still completly comfortable smoking in my own back yard with quiet groups of 10 or less)
When attending a party; if most of the attendees are high school kids and theres a keg (theres always a keg) I’d say don’t risk bringing weed, they always get busted, and sometimes the cops like to “teach kids a lesson” (and that lesson is don’t go to a high school kegger with weed).
if most attendees are 19 or up, you can feel safe bringing a good amount of weed. There’s usually a blunt sparked at all times. i wouldn’t suggest bringing any pieces that you can’t fit in a book bag. cops will park outside partys and watch the cars leaving, looking for drunk drivers, so drive carefully. Also, try to have a sober driver, cops respect that.
If you have to resort to smoking in a car, drive. do not park and spark, not in a parking lot, not in a “secret spot”, not anywhere. cops are everywhere, and the cops all grew up in twp, and probably used to bake out the same spot in the woods that “nobody knows about” when they were your age.
When driving stay in developments, try not to venture onto any major roads or intersections, because cops love giving traffic tickets. turn the windshield de-fogger on high, crack the windows, and light a saftey cigarette to cover the smell. pass low, if you get pulled while smoking you’re screwed, Twp has alot of k-9 units, and they are usually there minutes after you get stopped, sometimes before the cop even gets out of his car.
Where to buy marijuana: Your best bet is to go to club wawa (on the corner of Greentree Rd and Egg Harbor Rd) or getto wawa (the one near Birches West) and ask anyone from ages 19-29.
You could also look for ppl that are hanging out in parking lots (be sure to check acme, shop rite, kohls, and walmart) there’s not much to do in washington twp , many hang out in parking lots and are more then willing to help a fellow stoner in time of need.
Birches West is also a good place to ask anyone you see standing outside near the street.
Marijuana prices: Grams usually range from 10-20 and get what you pay for most of the time.
8ths are usually 30-40 for mids, 50-90 for better shit, once again you get whay you pay for.
Os are usually 110 or more. occasionally ill hear someone get them for like 90, but i think who ever says that is most likely full of shit, or its ditch weed.
Marijuana brands: It’s easy to find mids and kind bud.
If you know people you can usually get hyrdro, sour deisel, headies, or haze

Legislation: This is federal law enforcement you have to worry about, so be careful…
Possession of any amount of marijuana is a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. First time offenders are eligible for probation and dismissal of the charges upon successful completion of the probation contract.
The cultivation, sale or delivery of any amount of marijuana is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $10,000. If the distribution occurs within 1000 feet of a school, pool, playground, arcade, library, youth center, or public housing or if the distribution is made to a minor the penalties can be doubled.
Upon conviction of a drug offense, the offender’s driver’s license can be suspended from six months to two years.
The possession of paraphernalia is punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a $100 fine. The sale of paraphernalia is punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000 unless the sale is made to a minor, in which case the penalty increases to a possible eight years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000.
Law Enforcement: The cops in DC have “real crime” to worry about. Narcotics enforcement tends to focus on crack, heroin, and the like rather than the sweet tasty herb. Most people that get busted in DC are involved in transactions on the street. Keep it out of sight, and you’ll be fine.
Where to buy marijuana in Washington D.C.: DC is a college town- American, Catholic, GW, Georgetown, UMD, GMU, SEU, Howard, and others. Weed is everywhere. If you’d have trouble fitting in with the college crowd, asking around at the local dive bar in your neighborhood is a good place to start. Stay out of known “drug areas,” as they are likely to be targeted by the narcs.
Additional info was provided by a knowledgable local: “DC is not only a college city but a drug city. There is weed all over the place. Most of the hotspots that people are afraid to go to are actually not as dangerous as people make them out to be (however there is always an inherent RISK in scoring drugs so please readers keep this in mind ALWAYS). The dealers in these open air markets are really just trying to make some money. Police might be patrolling the area or parked in some of the open air markets but believe me, after 10 years of dealing with this city I have never been messed with by a district police officer. South Capitol Street is a good place to score. Up the road to the left in Greenleaf terrace area is an awesome place to score. You’ll know when someone has something in D.C. because they will shout at you. Further down and across the Anacostia River you can score just about anything but it is very dangerous and NOT recommended!!
Area’s like Barry Farms are not quite the safest in particular, so stay clear unless your local and know your way around. Area’s in Northwest are the same deal. Around clubs like love or heaven and hell are good places to score. Just ask around. You can find almost any drug in D.C. very quickly. The further north you go the better chance you have running into some very good pot. Most of Northeast is to be avoided and well as the greater southeast due to violent crime. Be safe in the District , and try to not travel alone.

* License may be suspended from a definite period of six months to three years.”

However, upon a first drug conviction the offender may be placed on probation, and upon successful completion the proceedings against him may be discharged. Possession of one ounce or more is a felony and is punishable by 1 – 10 years in prison.
Law enforcement: They will use anything to establish probable cause to search you. Do not resist searches, but state clearly that you DO NOT CONSENT. Ask if you are free to go. Your charges may be dropped.
Where to buy marijuana: Places where young twenty somethings congregate. Don’t come out and ask. Heck, make a friend…. if he doesn’t smoke he’ll know someone who does. Steak and shake seems to be a place where awkward and angry teenagers come to discuss brain-dead politics.
Streets to avoid: Davis, it is heavily patrolled because of crime.
Russell Parkway: the warner robins police is almost on Russel…. right where russell and Carl Vinson intersect. For That matter stay of Carl Vinson. At night a cop sits off in the dark(sometimes) on watson boulevard between the streets of houston road and pleasant hill. Far south on moody road is a church…. it’s a little way from the actual road… a cop sits there a lot. Right across from wallmart on watson a few cop cars will park by the gas station (lights off, obviously) Stay off russell! Keep in mind that cops usually eat at steak and shake around midnight… when the stoners also come out to eat.
Wallmart has some interesting characters late-night. Find out where some young musicians play locally (keep it ethical, creeps) and if they give the vibe then drop a few related jokes. Work magic from there.
This assumes you know absolutely no-one.
Marijuana prices: A dime is 1.5 grams.

More information: If your vehicle is stopped, and you refuse a search, and he threatens to call in dogs… ask if you are free to go. The police are not required to tell you that you are free to go… they count on your ignorance to wait for the dogs to get there. Do not admit to ANY crime, do not apologize(considered admission of guilt and therefore probable cause to conduct a search) for anything the officer has accused you of. Tell them you have nothing to say unless you speak with an attorney. If you have to exit your vehicle, lock your doors and pocket your keys…..because it’s a “habit” of yours. Failure to do either can be construed as consent. If the officer demands it, then you must give it to him, however anything found as a result will likely be suppressed in court. Do not give consent! Ask if you are free to go! If he says “yes”, you are legally able leave without regard to any other request of the officer, except if he asks you to stop agai n.

Legislation: Prop 215 has been around for a few years. You can find a Herbal Boutique in virtually any town but many of those East of the Oakland hills (i.e. Walnut Creek, Concord, and the rest of Contra Costa County) require an appointment.
Pot is approved for medical use, which makes the legal status vague. Still, it is safe to keep your weed safely hidden.
Law Enforcement: If they find weed on you they make you unbag it and grind it into the ground. The meth epidemic out here makes cops turn a blind eye to any unprocessed drugs (weed, shrooms, etc.). Dealers rarely get cracked down on because they all have 215 cards, and it’d be too difficult to catch them in the act of selling since no one pre-bags.
Where to Buy Marijuana in Walnut Creek (CoCo): Friends mostly. You’re usually less than 3 degrees from a slanger. If you’re new to the area hit up one of the pool halls or just wait infront of a 7-11 and talk to whoever buys Swishers or Optimos.
Walnut Creek Marijuana Prices: Dimes – $10 (.5g – .7g) Dubs – $20 (1g – 1.7g) Henrys – $40 – $50 (3.5g)
Brands: Anything you want. Mostly reds that’ll go the distance or heady as fuck purps that kinda warrant taking a few vics or percs.
More information: There’s a reason they call it the “Dub C”
General Calfornia Information:
Legislation: In California since 1996’s Prop 215 anyone “recommended” (not prescribed—doctors nationwide can’t prescribe cannabis but they can under freedom of speech laws recommend it informally for your condition/illness) marijuana has been able to use it in their home legally now in quantities “Under the [statewide] guidelines, qualified patients and/or their primary caregivers may possess no more than eight ounces of dried marijuana and/or six mature (or 12 immature) marijuana plants. However, S.B. 420 allows patients to possess larger amounts of marijuana when such quantities are recommended by a physician. The legislation also allows counties and municipalities to approve and/or maintain local ordinances permitting patients to possess larger quantities of medicinal pot than allowed under the new state guidelines. [For detailed information on county or municipal medical marijuana guidelines [whether your area allows greater than 8 ounces to be possessed, etc.], please visit: http://www.safeaccessnow.net/countyguidelines.htm Oakland, for example, allows more than most counties]”
Thus if you are recommended cannabis you can visit the cannabis dispensaries (pharmacies supplying only medical marijuana to patients displaying proof of recommendation and residence in California) but some counties have banned the dispensaries in their area. Nonetheless there are many dispensaries in LA (over 100) and some in Northern California especially towards the coast. Or you can grow the applicable amount you want legally. If a police officer discovers you are in possession of cannabis showing them an ID card from your county will make them leave you alone faster (optional, costs over $100 a year). Under state law your marijuana use will be 100% legal in your home. Federal laws against medical marijuana don’t change the way California (or any other) state police officers and courts treat medical marijuana—only state laws do. California state law protects all doctor-recommended medical marijuana users as long as they don’t go over the quantity limits and don’t sell their cannabis to anyone. Thus medical marijuana is quite legal in California and many have gotten legal protection for their medical use for a wide variety of conditions not yet allowed in the other 11 medical marijuana states: e.g., Migraine, Arthritis, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), PMS, Severe Anxiety and many other conditions where marijuana is useful and effective.
source: CANORML.org and NORML.com [California and National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws] and MPP.org [Marijuana Policy Project]
Law enforcement: Medical marijuana users with doctor recommendations are fully legally protected in California for amounts up to at least 8 ounces and/or 6 mature (or 12 immature) plants in their home (certain counties listed here http://www.safeaccessnow.net/countyguidelines.htm allow more and certain conditions allow larger quantities sometimes). State police officers must not arrest you if you can show an identification card ($100 or so per year) or show your doctor-written proof of recommendation paper. As long as you keep within the legal quantity. 99% of marijuana arrests in the USA are done by state police officers according to MPP.org so as long as your medical marijuana use is legal in California you will not to have any problems as long as you follow state rules.
Where to buy marijuana: Medical users can buy at a dispensary (over 150 in the state, mostly in LA and the SF Bay area on the coast) with full legal protection to the quantities they are allowed. Also if an authorized medical user buys off the street they cannot be arrested for doing so as long as they can display a medical marijuana identification card ($100 or so a year) or show their written doctor’s proof of recommendation. Or they could grow their own to the amounts allowed.
More information: California is a pioneering medical marijuana state; the first “effective” American medical marijuana state since 1996 and the one that allows use for the most conditions (marijuana has shown anecdotal and scientifically proven results for many conditions, more than the 4 or 5 conditions (cancer/nasuea/chemotherapy side effects, HIV/AIDS, chronic pain, glaucoma, or MS or anorexia that the other 11 states have legalized use when recommended (though Maryland has the least protection according to MPP.org)) Plus California has decriminalized other marijuana use to a $100 fine for under an ounce possession and fines for paraphrenalia; no jail time and some cities have set marijuana use in general as the lowest law enforcement priority thus ignoring small time possession much more often.

Law enforcement: Generally only driving around in cars. Common for them to pull over people and say they were only doing a few miles over just to see what the drivers are up to. Nearly every cop here is an asshole, although there are 4 cops (no names…) that will let you go and they think its funny.
Where to buy marijuana: your best bet will probably be the bike path. It runs through the most of the southern and eastern parts of the town and its not uncommon to see adults on there so you won’t stand out. Just go to the bridge near Orchard Park and underneath it (you have to ride your bike underneath, so you can’t miss it) youll see groups of ppl. Generally have skateboards/bikes and although they are usually young they and can get you decent shit. If you cant get to the bike path (you can either walk or ride a bike, no cars/mother vehicles on that path) just go to any fast food place and just look for groups of ppl. Also try north wall since its the poorer section. you’ll still get good weed there.
Marijuana prices: $20 a g for decent but sometimes you’ll get those little shits trying to pass stems off for $40.

Legislation: The state of Maryland has medical marijuana laws enacted.
Possession or use of any amount of marijuana is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
For any second or subsequent conviction, the sentence may double from that for a first offense.
Maryland is one of the strictest states in the country. It has a medical marijuana defense (used in court) but it is not on par with the laws of any of the other 10+ medical marijuana states. ” Maryland’s legislature passed a medical marijuana affirmative defense law in 2003. This law requires the court to consider a defendant’s use of medical marijuana to be a mitigating factor in marijuana-related state prosecution. If the patient, post-arrest, successfully makes the case at trial that his or her use of marijuana is one of medical necessity, then the maximum penalty allowed by law would be a $100 fine.” Source: http://www.norml.com/index.cfm?Group_ID=4542&wtm_view=medical
Law enforcement: It’s pretty calm out here so long as you don’t mess with the cops. If you managed to get pulled over (usually need to really do something stupid to get pulled over) and they search and find you holding, you’re going to jail. First offense will get you released the next morning with a slap on the wrist. Cultivation isn’t much of an issue, just stick to the don’t tell anybody rule and you’ll be fine.

Legislation: In Hawaii, Marijuana use is legal for religious purposes and medicincal use.
Any marijuana found in a vehicle results in all occupants being charged with its possession.
Possession of less than one ounce of marijuana is a misdemeanor offense, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Possession of one ounce or more is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $2,000. Any possession of amounts of one pound or more are felonies. Possession of 25 pounds or more is punishable by up to 25 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.
For first time offenders, the court can defer proceedings, place the accused on probation and upon completion of the probationary period the court can dismiss the charges.
another reporter added: “Since late December, 2000, Hawaii has had a medical marijuana law: ” Governor Ben Cayetano signed Senate Bill 862 into law on June 14, 2000. The law took effect on December 28, 2000. The law removes state-level criminal penalties on the use, possession and cultivation of marijuana by patients who possess a signed statement from their physician affirming that he or she suffers from a debilitating condition and that the “potential benefits of medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the health risks.” Patients diagnosed with the following illnesses are afforded legal protection under this act: cachexia; cancer; chronic pain; Crohn’s disease; epilepsy and other disorders characterized by seizures; glaucoma; HIV or AIDS; multiple sclerosis and other disorders characterized by muscle spasticity; and nausea. Other conditions are subject to approval by the Hawaii Department of Health. Patients (or their primary caregivers) may legally possess no more than one ounce of usable marijuana, and may cultivate no more than seven marijuana plants, of which no more than three may be mature. The law establishes a mandatory, confidential state-run patient registry that issues identification cards to qualifying patients. To date, approximately 2,600 cards have been issued to registered patients.
AMENDMENTS: No, although Hawaii has a separate statute allowing patients arrested on marijuana charges to present a “choice of evils” defense arguing that their use of marijuana is medically necessary.

Legislation: Possession of any amount without prior acccounts are punishable by 30 days in jail and up to a $500 fine. However if you buy a correctly weighed bag you might get bullshitted into yet another charge of intent to sell. Anything within 1000 yards of a school is a felony charge.
Law enforcement: Cops are scattered throughout the city well disguised. They more than often are oblivious to most of what avtually goes on. If You’re going to hotbox a car don’t sit in a single place on the side of the road. Also i happen to know a narcotics officer in the city and trust me they are good and don’t appear as anything more than just a normal person.
Where to buy marijuana: Go to the malls and walk around go eavesdropping. I reccomend going to Pembroke Mall at night there are tons of stoners that chill there. Sadly kids are dealing too, if you go down to the beach in the middle of the day from monday to friday you can usually find some kids skipping and cruising the boardwalk in a car. But that is sort of suspicious as the area is flooded with cops, especially during the summer. I recommend just going into the malls and watching around. However be careful as if you ask the wrong person you can and probally will get royally fu**ed. But it is basically the safest way unless you can network a connect in the city.
Marijuana prices: Mids- 1.5g-$10; 3.0g-$20; 1/8-$25; 1/4-$40-$50; 1/2-$80-$100; oz-$150-200
Heads(Name brand and nameless dank)- 1.0g-3.0g-$20/g; 1/8-$50-70; 1/4-$100-140; 1/2-$200-$280; oz-$450-$560
prices vary greatly depending on who you buy from and some people will skimp on bags so a scale is recommended
Marijuana brands: Most people just have mids though kush, widow, blue berry, orange kush, purps, and some un-named dank that is caked in crystals are quite easy to find if you know people though purps are quite sparce in supply and most people dont actually have real purps but they’re out there
More information: Stay moving and dont smoke outside in a poulated area. Don’t smoke anywhere on the beach as the beach is quite full parents who will call the cops. however after about 35th street a bunch of apartments and condos will start showing up on the main road that runs paralell to the beach, you can pull up into the courts on the beach side and park and hotbox if you have tinted windows or its dark as most people do this when they go to the beach. There are many spots around the schools that kids have developed as chill spots which are quite good to smoke at. These are ok but some have gotten hot since idiots have gotten caught there. Also look out in the more suburban parts of the city for new looking neighborhoods. Not too many adults smoke around here as the majority of the city is families and tourist. However almost 8 out of every 10 high school students around here smoke. So yeah if youre in desperate need they will be easy to find. But as i said bringing your own weed is a good idea and safe.
